1. Who we are
We are a sole trader business based in London, England. We sell trend-inspired apparel and accessories online. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged on your order.
Contact: singleuntilseriesb@gmail.com
2. What you're buying
Each product is made to order. When you place an order, you're buying the item in the colour and style shown on our site. Product images on the site are AI-generated mockups of the product, not photographs of the exact item you will receive, and the finished product may differ slightly in exact colour shade, texture, or positioning. This is normal for custom-made goods, and we label the images this way so you know exactly what you are looking at.
3. Price and payment
The price is £36 for UK orders (delivery included) or £36 + £12 delivery for international orders, a total of £48. No VAT is charged as we are not VAT registered.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Stripe is PCI DSS compliant. We never see, store, or have access to your full card details. Your payment information goes directly to Stripe's servers.
4. Shipping
- UK delivery: Included in the £36 price. Products are made to order, so nothing ships from stock. UK delivery usually takes 5 to 10 working days from your order.
- International delivery: £12 flat rate, usually 10 to 20 working days, varying by destination.
- These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. They combine our supplier's dispatch and transit times with our own handling time. If we cannot meet them we will tell you and you may cancel for a full refund. Where no delivery period is agreed, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 require us to deliver within 30 days. Email us before ordering if you need the product by a specific date.
- Import duties and taxes: If you're ordering from outside the UK, your country may charge import duties, customs fees, or local taxes on delivery. These charges are set by your country's customs authority, not by us, and are your responsibility to pay.
5. Your right to cancel (UK customers)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason.
To cancel, email us at singleuntilseriesb@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. We'll confirm cancellation and explain how to return the item.
You may, but do not have to, use this model cancellation form. Copy it into an email to us:
"To Trend Merch (singleuntilseriesb@gmail.com): I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract of sale of the following goods: [describe the item and colour]. Ordered on [date] / received on [date]. Name: [your name]. Address: [your address]. Date: [today's date]."
Important note on personalised items: If your item has been personalised or customised beyond our standard designs (for example, a custom option you've requested by email), your right to cancel may not apply. We'll make this clear before you confirm any custom order. Our standard options listed on the site are not considered personalised for the purposes of this right.
6. Returns
- Quality issues (defective product, damaged in transit, wrong item): Contact us and we'll arrange a return. We cover the return postage. You'll receive a full refund or replacement once we've received the item back.
- Change of mind: You can cancel within the 14-day cancellation period. You pay the return postage. We will refund what you paid for the cap and the standard delivery charge you paid, as the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 require, once we have the item back or you show us proof you have sent it. You may examine the cap as you would in a shop. If it has been handled more than was necessary to do that, or worn, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
7. Made to order
Each product is made individually after you place your order. We don't hold pre-made stock. This means there may be minor variations between items, which is part of the handcrafted process.
8. Intellectual property
The site design, branding, and all product imagery and mockups on this site are our intellectual property. You're welcome to share photos of your purchase on social media. You may not reproduce our designs, images, or branding for commercial use without written permission.
AI transparency: product images on this site are AI-generated mockups. They are representative of the final product but are not photographs of the exact item you will receive. We disclose this in line with transparency expectations for AI-generated content, including those in the EU Artificial Intelligence Act for customers in the EU.
9. Limitation of liability
We sell apparel and accessories. We do our best to describe them accurately and deliver them on time, but we can't guarantee:
- Exact colour matching between your screen and the physical product
- Specific delivery dates. The delivery times in section 4 are estimates, not guarantees. If you need the cap by a particular date, email us before ordering and we will tell you what is realistic
- That the site will be available at all times without interruption
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
10. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services to operate:
- Stripe for payment processing
- Vercel for website hosting
- Approved suppliers used for manufacturing and fulfilment
Each of these services has their own terms and privacy policies. We're not responsible for their services beyond what's within our control.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. If we make significant changes that affect existing orders, we'll notify affected customers by email.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living outside the UK, nothing in this clause takes away protections you are entitled to under the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, or any right you have to bring proceedings in your local courts.
13. Complaints and contact
If something has gone wrong, email us first at singleuntilseriesb@gmail.com and we will try to put it right. We are not currently registered with an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme and are not obliged to use one; if we cannot resolve a complaint between us, your statutory rights and court routes are unaffected.
